What are the age requirements?
The minimum age to fly is 5 years old, and there is no maximum age. We’ve flown guests ranging from 5 to 105 years old.
What are the weight requirements?
A solo flyer must weigh at least 175 pounds. For two or three people flying together, the combined weight must be between 175 and 500 pounds.
Can weather or sea conditions affect my flight?
Yes. Conditions can change which flyer combinations and weights can safely fly. The captain evaluates the weather and water and always makes the final decision.
Do I need experience?
No. The crew explains the process and handles the flight equipment. You take off and land smoothly from the boat deck.
Will I get wet?
That’s your choice. Ask the crew to keep you dry or give you a quick dip near the end of your flight, conditions permitting.
Can we fly together?
Flights can accommodate one, two, or three flyers together depending on combined weight and current conditions.
Can someone come along without parasailing?
Yes. Non-flying passengers are welcome to enjoy the boat ride and watch the flight from the water. Their seat is $40 per person and should be included when you book.
Where do we check in?
Check in at Rainbow Harbor, in front of Yard House. The map on our home page has the exact pin. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow plenty of time for check-in.
Can I add photos to my booking?
Yes. A digital photo package is available for $40 per booking. Add it when you reserve your departure.
Can we reserve the whole boat?
Yes. A private charter reserves all 12 seats on the boat for your group. It is $950 and is available when all 12 seats are open for that departure.
When do I pay?
Payment is due at the dock on the day of your trip.
What should I bring?
Bring a photo ID, sun protection, and comfortable clothing suitable for a boat ride.

What time do departures leave?
Departures leave hourly from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific time, with a 12-seat maximum on each boat.
Where do I park?
Paid public parking is available in the Shoreline Village lots; allow extra time on weekends.
